Tiffany Marshall has been licensed since 1995 as a Realtor in the MN marketplace of Minneapolis/St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs. She expanded her license 2014 to the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton South Carolina marketplace as well.

Tiffany was born in Charleston, SC but spent most of her childhood in the St. Cloud/Sauk Rapids area of central Minnesota. She graduated with a double B.A. degree in Mathematics & Economics, and a Business Administration minor in 1994 from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. Shortly thereafter, she was licensed in Real Estate and has been dedicated to building lifelong clients ever since. Tiffany is also a co-owner of Keller Williams Classic Realty in Coon Rapids, MN and Keller Williams Classic Realty NW in Maple Grove, MN. Tiffany has also owned rental properties for over 20 years and has a diverse knowledge of how to make owning investment properties work for anyone, including dealing with short-term rentals. Tiffany's has a diverse knowledge of sales, marketing, & negotiation of: · Single Family Homes, Townhomes/Condos, New Construction, Upper Bracket Homes, Investment Properties (short-term and long-term rentals), Distressed Properties, Foreclosures/Short Sales, Incoming/Outgoing Relocation. Tiffany has a love for the real estate industry and all of the opportunities that owning property provides.

In her spare time, Tiffany spends her time mostly with her 4 year old daughter Brynn and her 2 fur-babies. She enjoys travel, spending time with family & friends, walking/biking/relaxing at the beach, golfing, boating, & other nature/outdoor activities.
